What are your delivery days?
We deliver during our opening days from Tuesday to Saturday however if your flowers are for a wedding, funeral or event then we can deliver outside of these days.

Where do you deliver to?
We offer local delivery within a 10 mile radius from our shop in Bawtry. If you would like a bouquet hand-delivered outside of the 10 mile radius please give us a call on 01302 482017 and we will be able to let you know if we can deliver and work out a delivery charge for you.

What time will my order arrive?
We deliver between 10am and 4pm unless you request a specific time we will do our best to meet your requests.

Do you offer same day delivery?
We offer same day delivery between Tuesday to Saturday if you order before 1pm.
You can order for same day collection if you order before 2pm. Please be aware we close at 4.30pm Tuesday to Friday and 4pm on Saturdays.

What is your minimum online order spend?
Local delivery £20 minimum spend.

What if the recipient isn't in to receive the flowers?
If the recipient is not in to receive the flowers we will first look for a safe, covered space to leave the bouquet in water. If that isn’t an option, we will try a neighbour. If this is also not an option we will attempt the delivery one more time. If the second delivery is not completed, the flowers will need to be collected in store.

How do I care for my flowers?
Care instructions for your flowers:
-Remove the flowers from any packaging and re-cut the stems about 2 CM from the end.
-Place flowers into a clean vase, ensuring all stems are in water.
-Re-cut the stems and refresh the water every 2 days.

Where am I best positioning my flowers?
You will be best to keep your flowers away from direct sunlight and any heat source, such as radiators. We recommend positioning your flowers in a cool shaded spot.

Is your packaging recyclable?
Most of it, yes! Our flower boxes and brown paper can be recycled. If you return your flower box to store in good condition, we will refund part of the packaging cost* so we can use these again.

There is something wrong with my flowers?
If you do have a problem with your flowers please get in touch over phone or email with a photograph of your flowers, within 48 hours of your order arriving and we will do whatever we can to rectify the problem.

Will my flowers look exactly like the one pictured?
We will always aim to provide you with the best quality flowers. We order a range of different flowers to meet seasonal change. Therefore your bouquet may not always be exact to the one pictured.
