Delivery terms
When making a delivery order with us over the phone, in person, or online through our website, please ensure that all details are correct. This will include the recipient’s full name, delivery address and postcode, along with a telephone number, noting any special delivery instructions that may assist our delivery drivers with a safe delivery of your product.

We will also ask for you to include your own full name, telephone number and email address so that we may notify you in the event of any difficulty found in the delivery of your purchase.

Incorrect or misspelt details may result in delays or problems in delivery of your product. Rhubarb Flower Studio will not take responsibility for this if there is a mistake in the details provided by the sender.

Local delivery
We offer local delivery within a 10 mile radius from our shop in Bawtry. If you’d like a bouquet hand-delivered outside of the 10 mile radius please give us a call on 01302 482017 and we will be able to work out a delivery charge for you.

If the recipient is not in to receive the flowers we will first look for a safe, covered space to leave the bouquet in water. If that isn’t an option, we will try a neighbour. If this is also not an option we will attempt the delivery one more time. If the second delivery is not completed, the flowers will need to be collected in store.

Availability of your flowers
We will always aim to provide you with the best quality flowers. Our flower choices do change weekly to meet seasonal change. Therefore your bouquet will not be exact to the one pictured on the website, however we will do our utmost to match the style as best we can and meet any special requests where possible. Where a suitable substitution can be made, we reserve the right to do so without notice.

Returns policy
We hope that you are completely happy with our products, and they reach you in a perfect, safe condition.

Flowers
If you do have a problem with your flowers please get in touch over phone or email, within 24 hours of your order arriving and we will do whatever we can to rectify the problem. Please contact us with photographs which demonstrate any issues. [email protected]. 01302 482017

Homewares and Gifts
We hope that you are happy with your order but if for any reason you are not, please notify us of your intent to return the goods by sending us an email to [email protected]

Items must be unused and in a perfect re-saleable condition, accompanied by your full name.

If you are returning homewares because they are unwanted or no longer required, you will be responsible for the cost of returning them. You may return your order at any time up to and including 7 days from the date of delivery.

Cancellation
Please notify us as soon as possible should you wish to amend or cancel your order on 01302 482017 or email us at [email protected].

If your order has been made, sent out for delivery or delivered then you will be fully charged and no refund will be made.

If the recipient is not home we will leave the flowers in a safe place or with a neighbour and post a delivery note.

Payments
We accept all major credit and debit cards via our website.
